University center: If you have not seen a gastroenterologist yet, then you should consider going to an university center or something like the mayo clinic to get an evaluation.

Gastroenterologist: You need to see a GI doctor and be worked up from the other end. Diarrhea may be due to infections, non-infectious inflammatory conditions like crohn's or ulcerative colitis, and so on. This needs exams of the stools and possibly colonoscopy. Good luck.
