Ovarian cyst: This is a size that can be monitored, usually with an examination and/ or ultrasound. Ultrasound usually at an interval several weeks to months. Contact sooner if pain increases.

You can definitely: have regular periods with many types/kinds of cysts. If you have 29 day cycles regularly you do NOT have PCOS. Good wishes.
