Part of the team: Brain tumors are either benign or malignant and are either primary or due to tumors elsewhere in the body. Any patient with brain tumor needs a team support. There may be a surgeon, cancer specialist, neurologist, radiation specialist, chemotherapy team, rehab therapists, psychological support, etc. You can help by being part of the team. A 40-year-old member asked:

What long term affects of severe alcohol poisoning are common?

Dr. Kevin Passer

Death: Alcohol poisoning can result in death. Chronic alcohol dependency can adversely affect every organ in the body except the kidneys. Alcohol damages the heart, brain, liver, skin and even one's blood cells. Severe alcohol poisoning, as per your question, means to me, a very dire situation requiring both immediate and long-term interventions. Check out: www.Aa.Org. I suggest 90 mtgs in 90 days.
