is it easy to have a virginal birth after about 4 years having cervix laceration during birth?

Need for examination: I trust you mean vaginal birth. You should consult your doctor to assess the degree of damage to the cervix. The cervical damage assessment is more to ascertain your ability to carry a pregnancy than the delivery.
