Depends: That frustrating comment that many exercise shows and most exercise programs say ' please see your doctor prior to beginning any exercise routine' is so true. It would be hard to answer your question without knowing your health status, the extent of your osteoporosis, and other pertinent factors about you. Please ask your doctor what would be safe for you to do.
