Overweight: You have a body mass index (bmi) of 31.2 which is classified as obese. A bmi of 25-29 is overweight. 30-39 is obese. Over 40 is morbidly obese. Keep in mind that bmi is not a perfect estimate of obesity. If you have a lot of muscle, your bmi may be falsely elevated, and you may not be obese. Just try to avoid junk food/soda/carbs, and try to exercise (or play a sport). That will help lower your wt.
