DID is complicated: Dissociative identity conditions are very complicated and can be difficult to diagnose. Any medical condition which might impact the brain can present with symptoms which appear to dissociative in nature . Of course a person can always have both conditions. You always want to try to rule out underlying medical conditions when you deal with any psychiatric problem.

No link, but...: Lyme disease, late, can have neuropsychiatric manifestations that may mimic other psychiatric disease. But this is not "early" lyme, which, if diagnosed, is easily treated!

Maybe: Dissociative identity disorder (did) used to be call multiple personality disorder. It is rare and can be seen mostly in individuals who have been victims of servere abuse. Wjile lyme's disease can cause multiple physical and psychiatric symptoms, I am not aware of it causing did.
