UTI: The most common cause of this burning would be a urinary tract infection. You should see your doctor for a urine culture and you may need to be started on antibiotics for this.

NO: This sound much more like a urinary tract infection. Endometriosis will cause pelvic/abdominal pain and painful cycles.. Please see your GYN and get a urine analysis, culture and treatment for UTI.
