Check your BP: Feeling dizzy could be an indication of low blood pressure, but not necessarily; it is often difficult to have any idea that one's BP is high unless you measure it. One can buy a digital monitor at your pharmacy and they are easy to use or use the machine they have at the pharmacy if you can't get to your dr's office for a check.

Anxiety: Anxiety attacks can be very debilitating and pervasive. Dizziness or lightheadedness is usually due to hyperventilation in response to the anxiety. Try some coping techniques that you have been taught (cognitive therapy), meditation, a quiet/calm location, and aromatherapy to reduce the anxiety. Discuss with your doctor adjusting medications to help in the short-term.
