See details: Both of those meds can cause an elevated ggt. How high is high? If it is only modestly elevated, forget about it.

Liver function: Tests could become elevated from any number of things, most commonly from medications or alcohol, or even blunt external injury. If your liver biopsy is completely normal, you probably should not worry too much. Ask your doctor for specific recommendation.
