Breastmilk drop: Oral contraceptives, injectible or skin contraceptives antihistamines are medications that can decrease breastmilk volume. Also check your pumping technique- your pump may not be as effective. Some women increase breast milk production by hand expression. Also less sleep, stress or return to work can affect supply. Sometimes a weekend babymoon- exclusive breastfeeding wo pumping can help.
