See your eye doctor: Whenever there is vigorous coughing, vomiting or huge increase in intrathoracic pressure, or vasalva maneuver, it's possible to 'pop' a tiny capillary in your eye. You want to have it checked by your eye specialist under a slitlamp microscope, so they can advise you medically. Usually it resolves itself. However a dilated exam may need to be done, and have this documented in your medical records.
