Multiple options: Acne scars come in several "flavors." there are ice pick scars, boxcar scars, rolling scars and atrophic scars. Acne scars are difficult to treat. There is no "magic bullet." scar excision/revision, injectable fillers/fat, subcision, laser, chem peel, dermabrasion, etc. Many treatments can "improve" the flatness of the scar, and/or texture of the skin, but it will not make your skin flawless.

Treat: Acne is a very common ailment in the teenage and young adult years. There are a variety of otc treatments , namely benzoyl peroxide in the form of either a cleanser or leave-on gel. Also salicylic acid comes in those two forms. You can you either or both products -- one as a cleanser , the other as a leave-on. If your condition does not improve in a few weeks , visit with a dermatologist.

Improve, not remove.: Scars cannot be removed but there is a large variety of techniques to improve their appearance, both surgical and non-surgical. Your acne should be well-controlled. See a dermatologist to begin your search for an appropriate course of action. Good luck!

Inject or shave: Some bump type scars can be treated with a steroid injection to shrink the scar. Some may be easily reduced by shaving the bump down to the level of the surrounding skin.

You can't: It's a chronic disease, can't be cured short of removing the glands that make you a teen / adult, but eventually remits.
