See doctor: It's normal when you're sleeping to have mild myoclonic hypnagogic jerk that is a muscle twitch while relaxing at the start of sleep. However if you feel that you're being tossed around like a ragdoll while you're in this state, then you need to see a doctor, possibly a work up by a neurologist to differentiate it from periodic limb movement disorder or epileptic myoclonus, or restless leg syndrome.
