is there any food or supplement that can cleanse your body of pesticides and food related toxins?

No: Put your hand over your wallet. Your body cleans itself out especially if you stay physically fit. All the stuff you read online about 'superfoods' to 'cleanse you' or godawful things you can drink to 'purge / detox' you is made up. Some of these are just money-makers for crooks. Others (especially the terrible drinks) are cruel pranks. There's nothing 'spiritual' about buying into scare tales.

Wash them: All foods should be washed- never assume that the person handling the produce section keeps his/her hands cleaner than you do.
