i had a mild concussion 5 weeks ago, still have some dizzines. last night i hit myself in sleep qith my hand, not hard. culd i have another concussion?

Probably not: Although you may be at a lower threshold for another concussion while you are recovering, this amount of force is minimal and probably couldn't cause a second impact syndrome. Most concussions resolve in 7-10 days. Symptoms beyond this require a discussion with your physician.
