Rest, Ibuprofen : Sounds like you've 'irritated' or strained an upper extremity muscle(s). Try a period of rest for the strained muscles( avoid re- injuring or using them repetitively for a week). Try taking Ibuprofen or similar otc NSAID for several days. If no improvement in a week or 10 days see your pcp. Best of luck!

Try a nice hot bath: And some advil (ibuprofen).
