Infertility: Ivf today has 75% success rates and can be offered anyone who wants a pregnancy and baby even a single woman or surrogate woman for a male customer. Usually for a heterosexual couple who have tried for over a year and can find no reason for not conceiving or who have found an incorrect able problem will be able to conceive with ivf.

Varies - woman's age: The success rates go up to 75%-85% (youngest women or donor eggs +/- genetic screening) but they drop as a woman gets older. Success rates are as low as 1-2% for women 43-44 yrs., for example. We have reasonable tests that help us predict the success rate for a given couple. Both male and female factors are important. Rates vary between clinics. Check SART.org for good general information.
