i have a clicking in throat when i swallow and the dr sent me for blood work and x-rays which were normal. i also have numbness/tingling in my face?

Need neuro exam: I don't know what to exactly make of the clicking sound you hear when you swallow but numbness and tingling in the face should be evaluated and preferably by a neurologist if your primary is unable to show anything of significance in the bloodwork. Cheers!
