Smelly sweat: This has to be something you are eating causing an odor in your sweat, given the groin is the warmest and darkest place on your body. You may want to do a food diary and do elimination of common things you are consuming until you discover what this is.
I have a groin lymph node that has been swollen for 3 weeks. The doc said it was fine a few days after it popped up but it's still here.?

Have it looked at...: Details are needed in your case in order to determine why this is happening- was it tender? Matted? Had. Associated symptoms? It's more appropriate if this is done in person with your primary care doctor.
A 22-year-old female asked:
My husband has found a mass in his right groin , seems to be fixed. He says it has not increased in size since found 2 day ago? Ideas? Or concerns?

Mass in groin: A fixed mass in the groin can be an enlarged lymph node, a cyst or a hernia. If it is tender or painful he should see his physician or go to an urgent care to have it evaluated. Severe pain can indicate an incarcerated hernia which is an emergency.
