Possibly, yes: Not all cardiac angina is classical "elephant on the chest" type pain, especially in women. If the pain occurs w/ exertion and is relieved by rest, chances are high that it is cardiac in origin. If occurs at rest and not w/ exertion, chances are much lower. You need to see a cardiologist for further history and the appropriate testing based on your history.
