Immunizations: You can have your doctor draw tigers to see if you have developed immunity to these diseases via immunization or having the disease.

Blood test: You can get blood test to see if you have had these diseases in the past.

Tests/ records: If you have any access to baby books or old school records they may have this written down. For someone your age, it was common for moms to have block parties when any kid had these so all the kids would get it and be done with it. Your doc could also draw blood & send it for evidence you had them/are immune.
