Fibroid or disc: Front pelvic pressure bladder pressure could be the fibroid or a bladder infection and also a pain pressure feeling in. Pelvis and rectum from herniated disc. Referred pain, recommend seeing your gyn to make sure no infection and then check pelvic ultrasound to assure fibroid not grown, then if all ok will need ortho eval of the back to decide treatment.
