Had sports hit to the forehead 2 years ago. experiencing some memory loss, dropped bp, and frontal pressure. could it be related to hit or sinus?

Could be: Traumatic brain injury can have long lasting effects and sometimes underappreciated at the time of injury. The memory loss certainly could be from the hit. The frontal pressure sounds more like sinus, so i would get checked out. Lower BP unclear from what.
