on bc for 8+ years.off for 4 months.irregular period now missed period but spotting.neg urine/blood test.can i still ovulate?something wrong?trying.

No ovulation: Regular periods are caused by regular ovulation (or by the pill). Irregular or missed periods with spotting suggest no ovulation. I would see your doctor for evaluation. If no specific cause there are pills to help you ovulate.
