Anovulation: Delayed menstruation in the absence of pregnancy can be related to anovulatory cycles and can predispose you to overgrowth of the uterine lining. You should consult your physician.

Ovulation?: In order to get pregnant you have to ovulate. Ovulation is generally 14 days before your next period. If you are having irregular periods then you may not be ovulating. You will need to see an obgyn and ask for ovulation testing.

Take the test: If you want to know if you are pregnant, take a test. In today's world you do not need to wonder if you are pregnant or not based on symptoms. Pregnancy tests are available at any pharmacy and in minutes you will have your answer. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.
