Could it be good to take a nap or get up and exercise when you're tired?

Either: Regular exercise has been shown to improve health and reduce cardiovascular risk. You would sleep better later also, but if you are worn out there is nothing wrong with a nap.

Sleep deprivation: You aren't getting enough sleep at night therefore you are tired during the day. You need better sleep hygiene and no naps or caffeine.
