Is it true that lack of sleep/bad sleep can contribute to anxiety/depression, is this true?

Yes it is true: When people do not get good sleep (deep sleep called rem sleep) they have been found to develop psychological problems. Do what you can to get a good nights sleep, learn to relax. Speak with a psychologist to develop a healthy sleep regimen ANS stick to it.
