What to do if i heard that there's a food supplement / vitamin that you can take which will prevent hot flushes. What is it?

Black cohosh, soy: Black cohosh is an herb and is the principle ingredient in the various menopausal herbal preparations. Increased soy in your diet might also help. These are not particularly potent and may help, but they will not "prevent" hot flashes.
