i cannot build muscle or gain weight, what to do?

Dr. Marc Tressler
Specializes in Orthopedic Surgery
Examine diet: The basic idea is proper exercise program and well balanced, protein rich diet. Some people have a higher basal metabolic rate, and have to do more. Might add a meal supplement and "eat" 6 times per day.
