Can you tell me how i can keep myself from getting too dizzy after doing a pique or pirouette?

Spot: My answer comes from my days in skating. The first thing one learns in any sport or dance that involves rotation is to pick out a part of the space you are in and turn your head to focus on that spot while you are revolving. Snap your head around while quickly while your body is moving slightly slower.
