Very accurate: Modern tests, like the urine home pregnancy test, are very accurate. A negative test, when done correctly, means not pregnant... Unless the pregnancy just happened 1-2 weeks ago and it's still too early to do the test. If still worried, one can repeat the urine pregnancy test at home a couple of weeks later. The urine pregnancy tests at home or at the doctor's office are essentially the same.
