Not necessarily: The abnormal mammogram may be unrelated. It needs a proper evaluation. Do not jump to conclusions.

Your mammogram: results are probably not related to the uterine cancer. An abnormal mammo doesn't mean you have breast cancer, either. 70-80% of the time, a mammographic abnormality turns out to be benign.
