period is a week late, i usually have irregular periods but last 2 months were reg, but smells & feels like my period but no blood, is this normal?

Irregular periods: In the setting of previously irregular periods, 2 months of regular periods does not mean that the reason for the prior irregularity is somehow gone. It sounds like you are experiencing what you previously had a problem with: non-ovulatory cycles. This can be caused by thyroid disease, diabetes and pcos.
