Lots of thingd: Thyroid, adrenal glands, electrolytes. You need your thyroid checked. If normal, then other things need to be evaluated. Other possibilities include depression. You need to go see your doctor!

70/40 is low: If that is your BP all day long. 1st thing in the morning or during the night/sleep, that can be normal. Needs further eval. It is not related to your hemoglobin. Your md can cevaluate this. Consider hormonal issue, pots, medictaion effect... Hrs, md, facc www.Thepmc.Org.
