i have pain around the area of lower left rib cage, radiating pain, diffused. at the same time and side, left dull shoulder & neck pain. what is it?

Many causes: There are numerous causes of left shoulder arm chest neck pain in the most serious one can be heart attack in older patients , or it could be a simple sprain or overuse syndrome or inflammation of the ribs or muscles of the chest, simple viral infections can cause diffuse muscle pain and aches.In a young person like yourself most likely it is activity related based on over use of some kind, .
