?: I don't understand the question. There is no test for buffalo hump - you just look at the contour of the upper back and consider the medical history (e.g. Diabetes). If you see an abnormal hump that looks remotely like that on a buffalo, that's the answer. Therefore, it doesn't matter if you eat or drink before being examined.

Buffalo hump: I presume you are worried about having cushing's disease. You can drink but you probably be tested in a fasting state.
