numbness in left side of face and feels as if it is being pulled down but when i look in mirror it is normal. why? 30yr/female.

Nerve palsy?: Numbness on one side of the face can be a sign of injury or dysfunction of the fifth cranial nerve. Best to see your doctor (or a neurologist) to get this checked out. Sometimes a sinus infection or dental work can cause this.
