how do i get rid of acne scars in a healthy way?

Get serious about Rx: You're seventeen years old, you already have acne scarring, and you are using only topical benzoyl peroxide. This won't relieve acne that is severe enough to cause scarring; you need prescription-strength medicine. There is nothing 'healthy' about foregoing 21st century treatment. For scars, a dermatologist / plastic surgeon with laser, filler or microsurgery is your best option.

Natural ways to get rid of acne scars?

No such thing: I'm sorry, Heather. If you have acne scars because your family didn't allow you to be treated by a scientific physician out of superstitious preference for "natural medicine", you have my deepest sympathy. An evidence-based dermatologist or plastic surgeon can offer you treatment with laser, microsurgery, and/or fillers. Nothing you do alone, or anything you can buy from an herbalist, will help.

"Natural medicine" is a fascinating subject, and a relationship with an evidence-based holist in your community might be very helpful to you, especially as adjuncts. But it's no substitute for 21st-century high-tech medicine when it actually has something to offer. Please be discerning, and recognize both the benefits and limitations of something, especially when it has emotional appeal.

Scars;VitaminE: Life holds no guarantees as we know, but vitamin e oil placed directly on the scar regularly can help to fade or remove the scar. You can get a bottle of it in the drug store. It's inexpensive and worth a try; just be patient. A dermatologist is the expert type of doc to see. Peace and good health.

Time: The scars will lighten with time. If you have money to spare, you a consult a cosmetic dermatologist for treatments like dermabrasion. My suggestion would be to let it be and time will take care of it.
