can vacuuming your hair out also help get lice eggs out?

Not recommended: The best way to remove lice eggs is with a lice comb and careful combing. Lice eggs stick to the hair shaft and need work to remove. An over the counter lice treatment and lice comb are the best way to go. Leave the vacuuming to your carpets!
