Any reason why are my left hand and left eye weaker than right hand and right eye?

Weakness: People use the term eye 'weakness' and 'strength' in different ways. I doubt the two (arm/eye) are connected, but you should ask you eye doctor about any cause for the difference between your eyes and if there is any concern.
