i was wondering what does my diet (calorie intake) have to look like if i want to gain muscle and lose my body fat?

Change proprtions: To lose weight/fat we need to eat fewer carbohydrate and lipid calories getting fewer each day than we burn. To gain muscle mass and not weight we need to add protein and exercise the specific muscle groups we want to bulk up.
