See hepatologist: This doesn't make sense. Those on Lamivudine take100-mg dose by mouth every day, usually for a year, but your doctor may decide to keep you on it longer until your bloodstream shows no sign of hepatitis b dna. If your hep b dna is negative it is difficult to understand how your hep g eag remains positive as this means the virus is multiplying in your liver. See a liver specialist.
