ate a sour candy. immediately felt like i had a swollen tastebud on far back of tongue. still there on day 4. how long until it goes away? annoying!

Varies: This condition happens a lot and it is usually caused by an inflammatory reaction to some ingredient within the candy. I understand how annoying this must be. This should resolve soon enough. I would give it up to 10 days to go away and if it doesn't then have the area checked by a doctor or dentist.
