Second Opinion: It is appropriate to have a nice, in person , conversation expressing your concerns. If these are not addressed then it is time to get another opinion. In medicine many patients have expectations that cannot be met. I know i try very hard to address these expectations with my patients, but even when we try hard we do not always succeed.
