Problematic: Orthodox answer is that mechanical trauma of childbirth loosens the pelvic floor and muscles that tighten urethra outlet tract coming from bladder. A urologist can test urinary outflow tract ; measure competence. Some woman have joint hypermobility syndrome with loose pelvic girdle ligaments ; they develop interstitial cystitis which, imo, results from pelvic region autonomic nerve impingements.
