i have an avm and lab work shows very low mean platelet volume and low rdw. i've been having at least 1 bad nosebleed daily with severe weakness/fatigue and bone pain. could it be the avm is bleeding?

Not the AVM: If it bleeds, you will know, beyond any question. It's not connected to your nose.
