i am pregnat i am suppose to be 8 weeks according to my lmp. ut the ultrasound showed 6 weeks 3 days with a sac, but no baby inside?

Repeat the US: Worrisome us, in one week u will know for sure as, there should be a fetus with a normal rate ht beat in one week, if there is not then unfortuneately you have a missed ab which will need to be evaucuated with meds or minor surgery.
