experiencing severe nausea & bloody mucous like stool. painful. maroon colored blood. is this just constipation or associated with my gatroparesis?

Needs emergency care: Symptoms and bleeding as serious as you describe needs emergency evaluation and care. You may be bleeding from the upper GI tract. Avoid aspirin, nsaid's, and don't eat anything right now (to facilitate urgent endoscopic evaluation if warranted), but get yourself to the er for assessment and treatment please.
