noticed in mar '13 (age 42) my serm cholesterol was 266mg/dl. now in feb'14 its 250mg/dl. i'm not on any medication. what exercise can reduce it?

Total cholesterol: Is not as meaningful as ldl, or bad, cholesterol, and vldl, or second bad, cholesterol and hdl, or good, cholesterol, and triglyceride levels too. You need to follow all of these numbers, not just total cholesterol. Ask your doctor for specific advice. Also, your heartburn could be angina, so you really need to see your doctor.
